My name is Roland Coombes. I’m originally from the UK, I came to Australia as an experienced recruitment consultant where I previously worked for Reed PLC – I was their No.1 Permanent Recruiter (out of 2,000 consultants). I then joined a leading recruitment group in Sydney NSW, where I managed a large team of consultants and was actively involved in recruiting for many ASX Top 100 clients as well as Honeywell, Aristrocrat, PWC, Goodman Fielder, Grant Thornton, and more.
I was also actively involved in headhunting and executive search helping to place candidates on $160k to $600k+.
