We  understand that all information you send to us is strictly confidential. Your CV, resume, or LinkedIn profile is kept purely for communication between you and iTouch Master Resume Writers.

 Your email or contact information will be stored on our server when you submit an inquiry through our website or other means. We may then use this information to send you direct marketing communications and information about our services, opportunities, or events (via promotional materials, newsletters, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

We will not sell or distribute your data to any third party.

Contacting you:

Our booking form will guide you as to what information we need when you make the initial enquiry (i.e. email, phone, SMS, etc). What ever is your preference, please state this in the form. Ideally, choose a contact method where you can respond quickly but where it will not interrupt your working hours.

 Removing your data:

If you prefer not to have your details and data kept on our servers then please contact us at admin@resume-solutions.com.au and we will organise the removal. Please note, on our marketing mailers, there will be the option to ‘unsubscribe’. However, unsubscribe will only remove your email from the marketing mailer.

Cookies & Analytics:

We use cookies and analytic programs (back end) to help us better understand visitor traffic. You can easily switch off cookies in your browser. Switching this off should not impact your browsing experience.
